The American Red Cross, Southeast Louisiana Chapter launches The Red Cross Ready RatingTM Program. The Ready RatingTM program is a first-of-its kind Membership program that guides businesses, organizations and schools to become better prepared for emergencies. Through this free, comprehensive program the Southeast Louisiana Chapter will work with businesses, organizations and schools to assess thier current emergency plans as well as to help expand upon existing plans to create a full menu of emergency preparedness including: hurricanes, severe weather, fire, pandemic, chemical spills and blood borne pathogens.
