Your local Red Cross recruits, trains and places volunteers who make valuable contributions, everywhere from the front lines of a disaster to backoffice support.  We match the knowledge, skills, interests and experience of individuals with opportunities to serve the community.
 

Nationwide approximately 1.2. million people volunteer for the American Red Cross, and volunteers make up 97% of all American Red Cross staff.  Our volunteers come from all walks of life, and over 40% of volunteers are people under the age of 25.
